Very nice enterence, good staff

We saw a cockroach in the first room that we settled, then they upgrade and changed our room. Second room was very nice. Train station is little far away long way to walk.

All staff were friendly and approachable starting from the security guard who helped me with my luggages upon checking out, to the welcoming staff in the reception area, to the staff who greeted us lively at the breakfast buffet, up to the housekeeping staff who were courteous. Krishna (staff from Jamboree) was also very nice to us when we spent our time there at the resto bar.

Water was not replenished everyday and we had to request a couple of things such as slippers and toiletries that should be already in the room in the first place.

In general the stay was very good. The hotel was clean and employees are friendly and great.

The breakfast has no varieties.

The location was good, close to some food outlets and taxis are readily available Room was cleaned every day without fail.

A bit of a walk (around 2km) from nearest Dubai Metro station. The wifi wont connect most of the times and when it did, it would be very slow.

room was good , bed mattress was so stiff . breakfast is limited and every day they serve the same , i advice if they add more types of cheese. toilet flush didnt work properly.

The bed and couch very comfortable. Location 10 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast has a variety choices. Hot water in shower. The receptionist very helpful.

The hotel needs Mentenance for sure . And rooms are not clean as expected , sleeping bed not comfortable..

I think you should increase interaction with guests to know them better. It adds a personal touch and doesn't cost a dime! Room service needs improvement.
