they charge our card when we gave them cash after they told us due to system error your card mistakenly charged. after arguing they said we will request for refund after 7 to 10days your amount will be in your account so its not worth it. So we take our cash back.

I LOVED Indigo hotel. The service is awesome, personnel do whatever to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are great, liked the view of the water. Very close to the Dubai mall. One of my best stay in Dubai for a much better price that other 5 stars in the area.
