the walls of the rooms were not soundproof… we could hear horrible sounds from the next room … very private and inappropriate sounds from couples (adult sounds)

parking was not included although I was clear while booking that it is included. room was very average Room had a distinct smell washroom was not great - if someone showers the whole bathroom was wet with water all around I had to call to get slippers I had to call for dental kit There was no iron board the room was cleaned but surprisingly the towels in the room where we left were there after the room cleaning - no new towels were kept back in the washroom

The rooms are not sound proof ,, you can easily hear the noise from outside, so if you are a light sleeper, ur sleeping will be distracted. also the wifi is week in some areas , some room has toilet problems, not hot water and the toilet flush is not properly working.

Price ,service and location.
Unfortunately the electronic system error occurred with keys of doors . All the time you have to call the staff to open the door from outside for your entrance of your room. Rest everything is perfect.

I called reception for massage and was told its available and open at the time but when I got there , the center was closed and security said it will open after 6days from that day. The room had no single towel when I checked in and I called for them to bring the towels. They don't provide coffee or tea amenities in the room which is surprizing in these times for hotels. I found the kettle in the room and when I asked for coffee amenities , I was told that the kettle was there for some guests who might need hot water to drink and this didn't even make any sense to me. I was in the 4th floor but the music from one of the rooftop bars messed my stay.

I like how clean the entire place is and how everyone is very friendly. I’m impressed with how hard working the room service guy Sukhwinder Singh is always on time to clean my room. Another thing I really like is the food in the hotel especially the chicken fried rice and chicken briyani. The lady that serves me food from the restaurant Rossy Bahe is very nice and ready anytime to deliver my food to my room.

Good value and location
Noise - the karaoke bars and the roof top sound system permiated down through the building. I was kept awake till 2am so I got 90 minutes sleep before going to airport. If you want to sleep go elsewhere.
