we didn't include breakfast in our reservation as we wanted the Kosher breakfast served in the hotel. the kosher breakfast was very expensive! the hotel is gorgeous, very clean, comfortable & very nice helpful staff

pool area - executive suite was nice

chaos at reception, seems to be a busy hotel with non hotel guests using bars and the like. that said breakfast was also chaos where I queued for 30 minutes for breakfast and was let in with no tables available and told to get food and the staff will find a table. it wasn’t practical, too busy, couldn’t get close to a food station to get food and I walked out. much better to go to the Jumeriah Beach hotel and pay for breakfast there instead.

Great location. I really loved the location of the hotel, so you can walk around Water Dubai Canal by using scooters or bikes. The restaurant i fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

The breakfast around 10 am was very busy, i.e. a lot of people and a rather loud and hectic atmosphere. No salmon and not many fruits. Other than that there was a good variety of choice regarding food.

I like the hotel and other amneties. Though this hotel is not located in happening places, like JBR, Marina beaches, Palm Jumerah, but from this hotel you can go everyehere by Taxi & Taxi is always available.

I think there is more opportunity to improve in everywhere and it is a continous process. I would like to share my little experience here; when I entered in hotel lobby, someone asked me whether I'm a deliveray boy or not. I just shocked ! ! ! anyway, i/o asking this question, he might tell me "how could I help you?" that's it. I didn't like this at all, however I got warm welcome from the receiption, one Pakistani man. He was so cordial to me.

1. Location is good. it's easy to get any business center by taxi. 2. Fitness center is goods for short business trip.

1. Breakfast is absolutely over-crowded. It's difficult to find a table to sit. I've stayed in hotel for a week, so I tried in different time to go to breakfast, and it turned out at 6.30-7.00 during weekend easy to get a place. Also be prepared that the tables are located so close to each other that makes to eat uncomfortable and it's not safe taking into consideration COVID or flue. Finally, the set of dishes is very specific (probably for Europeans only) 2. On the lobby floor there is only one bar with limited menu (two soup were available for the whole week, no changes or any additional choice) so if you want to eat something you have to go somewhere. Also not a huge problem, just take taxi. 3. You also have to be prepared that the printing of the documents is chargeable. Never seen that before. Just imagine, that you pay approx. 250-300 USD per night (depends on level room) and have to pay for the documents printing (1 or 5 AED for 1 page. No doubt it's not a problem at all but in 5 stars hotel... seriously ?!)
