almost everything was good except things I ganna mention them
1)i ordered queen bed (big bed) due to that was my honeymoon time , but unfortunately they gave me two separated and they connected them although I already booked big bed and I mentioned that in booking to have big bed just to make sure , but I surprised was two separate. 2) I called them afew times to come and fix the TV on Monday 12:30 pm and I was waiting waiting no one came , and in the previous days the same when I call for something they say oki and they didn’t do it so I had to go downstairs to ask them for it in person which is annoying. best regards

Reception manager was amazing. Very spacious and concierge always very helpful. Pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing
The lady at the front door for the breakfast was a bit rude with me and told me I had not paid and made me go to reception to fix the issue myself, even though I had already paid for breakfast. she didn’t seem to concerned with the issue and told me to go to reception to fix it myself. She was very dismissive. When they found out I had paid they apologised for her mistakes however she did not say anything to me but looked at me a little annoyed.

My experience at the hotel was partially good, I'll start with the good things: the hotel staff is very serious and practical, and most importantly attentive to people, the value for the price is great. Although the hotel's spa is a shocking place that provides sex and prostitution services instead of relaxing in the spa, I had a very traumatic and serious experience in the spa that was passed on to the appropriate authorities, the hotel's security director is aware of this, as well as the hotel's CEO is also aware of this. Those who come to the hotel are highly advised to stay away from the spa, a place that left me with a scar for my entire life.

i have spent more than a month in this place and i can summaries my stay at this hotel like this : Room : Clean , Comfortable and good quality Bed . A nice table . although it was not very suitable for using your laptop Break fast : WAs good enough , several choices and the cook would have provided you omelet if you have had asked location : for me this location was perfect . it is not so near to the city center but it was just beside a canal and there was a perfect area for Running and walking along the Canal . i really really liked it Gym: very nice gym with an perfect view
generally there is not much to say , it was a good place to stay but i can suggest the following Break fast : it was good enough but it could be better , more choices lightning : for most people the lightning would be good , but i could have enjoyed a bit more lightning
