Clean and quiet room, nice looking other facilities. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast choice was huge, everything very tasty. It was easy to get taxi outside the hotel to travel around.

Guests who do not present a passport are not allowed, this seems rather strict given that Dubai is one of the safest places on the planet and there are cameras everywhere inside the hotel (and you can‘t access the guest floors without a room key)

Room Space is very Comfy and the Hotel is located @ the Canal which is great site Seeing . Staff is very Welcoming and nice to deal with . Room Services is always at the level and they clean the room on spot.

Swimming Pool is very Small but i cant say i didnt like .

All staffs were really friendly and helpful. Particular mention to the Concierge Transport service who helped us with finding last minute taxis to airport after our bus transport cancelled without informing us. Our group stay was very well handled with efficient check in and check out.

Tad bit disappointed with our Deluxe room that had a soso view, despite us asking to have nice view room as we were paying for a group stay. The hotel had phoned us the night before to see if they could do something but in the end, nothing was done for this request. Also, no one informed us of the facilities. We only discoverd when too late.

Quality building materials (marbles), confort, staff is very welcoming, breakfast is great, gym is well equipped, Bella Rooftop Bar is excellent.

Spa setup is not really great, they put their reception in a corridor, a lot of noise with people coming and going, doesn’t make you in the mood of having a relaxation time.

The staff extremely warm & friendly, very helpful and ready to assist. perfect location for business trip and within a good distance of restaurants, shopping and amenities. I would highly recommend and stay there again.

The transport rates are quite tired so I made private arrangements for airport and for local trips.
