Comfortable beds, very clean. Hotel is little away from the main street and it is very quiet in night time. Easy to find the hotel from exit. No.2 in Al Riga metro station on red line (main line in the city), especially if you are using GOOGLE MAPS. It takes just 3-4 minutes from metro station by foot. Tea and cofee making facilities in the room. Big choice of TV channels. Cheap Indian and oriental food service on the right side of the hotel building.

The cheapest room option is very small and suitable only for 1 adult guest due to space limitation. Housekeeping personal usually make some noise early in the morning when the day starts.

Great location 200 m from metro station . The location also was good regarding the facilities as it was near all kind of restaurants and shops and also it was near the main road

1_alarm system was activated on 3 AM !it was a failure in the system and I needed my rest but I didn't get it 😪 2_ I specifically asked for a double bed but they gave me tow single short beds ,my feet was cold all night and I almost had fallen of the bed 3_thank God I brought slippers with me as the hotel did not provide any and the floor was cold and not all carpeted

The hotel is situated in a really good area full of shops and restaurants. Very close to the metro station. Room was really clean. Reception is connected to a small indian restaurant where i went for breakfast (try the aloo paratha, a hot bread stuffed with mashed potatoes coming with yoghurt on the side. Soooo tasty!) Staff is really helpful and kind. They would do anything to make your stay pleasant. Special thanks to Asan and Mr Irfan at the reception and to Said HK. These guys are great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

the location is very good, it is about 3 minutes walk to the Subway train. and there are a lot of restaurants and deli stores nearby and some of them are 24/7. The owner of the hotel are very kind, and I booked a deluxe room and he upgraded me to the suite room, and I check in earlier and check out earlier due to my flight schadule, and he did not make any extra charge.

The bathtub a bit small, it is hard for the big size person to turn around and get in and get out, if take out the glass wall it may much better.

The hotel is in a very good location. Just 2 minutes walk from Al Rigga metro station and right in the heart of Deira. The staff is cooperative and responsive.

They don't provide any proper toiletries just shampoos. For everything else they don't have it available. No brushes or toothpaste. Their rooms are kind of small. They also don't have inhouse laundry. But you can get everything nearby.

At 7am hotels check-in their guests for free, they don't ask for almost a whole-day rate fee...

For the cost this hotel was exceptional. The staff was amazing, the bed and pillows are comfortable, water pressure was excellent and the room was very clean .
