Overall experience was good.., Location is really good., near to Metro, mall, restaurants, park, salon and departmental store. Apartments are spacious with almost everything you need and clean. Staff is quite cooperative and nice.

Room service for food is not up to the mark.

Ideal location with lots of areas to walk to. very friendly and helpful staff. Mattress and pillows were super soft, which gave me a great nights sleep. Food quantity and quality was very good.

Due to the construction of new buildings directly across the road, there is not a great view of the Creek. Located on floor 6, the noise from traffic and construction site was at times rather loud. Towels were worn and could be replaced.

I booked an 1-room-apartment and was upgraded to a huge 3-room-apartment which was way too big for me but I cannot complain. The location is ok if you do not want to spend too much money downtown. Personnel was very friendly and did help out with some free detergent for the washing machine.

The kitchen a/c outlet in the ceiling was filthy and lost some kind of liquid. I stepped into it several times. I told them to fix it but the "problem" was not solved until I left. The washing machine worked but it was very complicated to operate it - ok, maybe, I was just too stupid.

Though managing people especially adults could be so difficult, there is need to constantly remind their workers that guests are the reason they are in business. e.g A day to my checking out, the janitor that cleaned the room did not or forgot or deliberately refused to drop the bathroom floor towel. Pls, note that this kind of employee could be 0.001% but if care is not taken, could affect the business. Over all, from the security at the gate to the wonderful staff at the reception both male and female, they were all excellent.
