Location is good. Gym is perfect (almost empty, always). The cafe on the ground floor of the hotel is very good. No problems with Wi-Fi connection, using calls several times.
There is no "do not disturb" sign in the room, and someone constantly came, asked about cleaning, asked to evaluate the previous cleaning and to post a review, offered something.

Amazing location, spacious apartments, friendly and helpful staff, there is a restaurant on ground floor which is just superb as well.
Some things werent working well, one of the wash basins was clogged, one of the balconies we couldnt shut completely, when we arrived one of the rooms had very humid unpleasant smell, the design of the apartment and furnishing is pretty outdated for the money we paid.

always a pleasure coming back.
the manager was rude despite me having been to the property several time from 2020 and have recommended a lot of people who have stayed in the hotel he still treated me trash, at a time I thought it was due to race I’m sure he would have treated someone else with dignity considering I have been a client for many years and gave them clients too. my opinion I didn’t want to ever go back however that place has always been my home away from home, I just hope the next time I won’t ever deal with him ( Javid) again.

There was barely any insulation from the street, we could hear all the cars paying by during the night and the most annoying thing: the call for prayer from the mosque at 5 am every morning, but these are minor things compared to the pluses.

the price for 2BR which we paid was a little higher than the norm but since we were upgraded to 3BR then it was a great deal
