Fantastic location for business purposes. And the small Business Bay mall with a few restaurants, coffee shops etc. directly connected to the hotel in the form of a nice courtyard invites for a nice walk (normally very unusual and difficult in Dubai…].

Rooms are extremely spacious, bed is comfortable, breakfast is a buffet spread but most of all, the staff should be given due credit for the hospitality and attentiveness. I extended my stay by a night and Neha, guest service agent at the front desk, took care of keeping the same room with a complimentary upgrade as well. From Cindy at Housekeeping to Shrusti at The Bay restaurant, the entire team paid close attention to the hotel guests’ needs. Had to rush off urgently for a meeting and my meal at the restaurant was packed up and sent to my room for later. Another plus point is complimentary valet parking for hotel guests. Arrived at 3am for check-in and everything was swiftly taken care of while I was fatigued. An excellent team makes an excellent stay.
