When Emirates flights arrive in at 2 a.m. the hotel does not have a policy on room rates, however they will check you in at 8.am at a set rate. Reception and Reservations need to get on the same page and sort out a rate for people getting off Emirates flights at ungodly hours. I had to return to the airport and sit out 6 hours before I could check in.
