everything, easy access to taxi, uncrowded location, hospitable staff and pool + fitness on the roof top was amazing. Daily cleaning was actioned.

wifi needs improvement and swimming pool closing hours needs to extended from 8pm to 12 midnight.

Staff at the breakfast were a bit rude when I ordered a coffee (surprisingly Cappuccino was not offered in the bf), they said it would be extra and I agreed but when I was about to leave urgently for a meeting, one lady stopped me and forced to pay immediately despite my request to add it to the room bill. I had to force my way out saying I was getting late to a meeting.

The staff are quite welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good, I recommend. Rooms are clean and everything is exactly as it is in the picture they have on booking.com. There is a bar +BBQ, the name is Brew house, with excellent food and fair prices. They are also experts in beers and cocktails, with a phenomenal diversity of spices and tastes!

The location! It is not possible to walk to anywhere, not easy to find public transportation, and is not even close to the center of، Business bay.
