Convenient location: just 30 minutes walking to Dubail Mall and 5 minutes to the metro station. Staff was always helpful, room was clean, a complimentary bottle of water every day was a nice thing! Great outdoor pool and terrace. Amazing view on the Burj Khalifa from the balcony!

Room was noisy: the highway outside was clearly heard all day and night. There were no cleaning on the balcony.

I traveled with 14 students and a colleague. Nobody complained about any aspect of the hotel - rooms, service, breakfast, etc. It would have been great if the jacuzzi had been cleaned even if empty. The water pressure in the showers was good and ample hot water was available at all times.

The jacuzzi was out of order - that was fine, but we were not informed. The jacuzzi was pretty disgusting with rubbish that had probably blown in and puddles of dirty water. The couches in the lounge are not very comfortable - they seem to slant forward and it feels as if the cushions are pushing one off the couch. A shuttle bus from Dubai Mall would be great.

very small cups, very firm and uncomfortable mattress, not the best location to get to activities but taxis are easy to find. Overall these are not big issues

On the second floor water pressure in shower was very strong while when I moved to 20th floor, water pressure was very weak, I could hardly wash my hair, besides something wrong was with bath’ water discharge.

Breakfast is expensive, it's cheaper to buy things at the near supermarket and prepare your own. The swimming pool is on the roof of the parking house and the way there is not nice. It is advisable to order your tickets for different places on your own and not through the concierge, as this is more expensive. Also no need to book a taxi through booking.com, doing it independetly as we did on the way back is about half the price (We paid 98 through booking.com from the airport and 50 with an independent taxi on the way back.

Location was superb - 5 min walk to Business Bay Metro, with more than 1 supermarkets just round the corner. Finishings rundown needing upgrades. WiFi did not work intermittently for some time. Very few English channels on TV Hurt my finger by a sharp nail underneath the writing desk chair, which needs immediate repair. Sparsely carpeted most areas being only tiled. I was given a discount of AED 33 by booking.com but the hotel charged full amount without deducting it. I had requested higher floor with good view but the hotel did not message or jnform me that it was not possible for the type of room I had booked.

the location is great, absolutely comfortable, near subway station. the beach is rather far, but the hotel organized a daily shuttle to the beach and to Dubai mall. the restaurant is working all day, even if you miss breakfast you can order nice one on your choice. food is delicious and fresh. My room was big and comfortable. there is a gym and a pool.

my room was just near technical room and I heard voices and other sounds of technical personnel. also I lived on 6 floor and the sound of the traffic on the roads was loud and bothering, I was sleeping in earplugs. maybe if the room on the higher floor, the sound is not loud. So require the higher floor if you are sensitive to sounds like me, as this hotel has 43 floors.

Spacious apartment with large fridge. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster and electric jug provided. The hotel is close to a supermarket which is about 100 metres away. A metro station is a short distance past that. A free scheduled shuttle service is provided to Dubai Mall and Jumeirah beach.

Hotel is not surrounded by restaurants or fast food outlets etc.
