The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Guests are required to show Emirates ID or original passport and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Kindly note that our swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance work from 12th Sep – 26th Sep 2022, and will be fully operational from 27th Sep 2022 morning onwards, meanwhile Gym, Sauna & Steam will be operational at regular timings during above mentioned dates.
