A really lovely little hotel! Everything is so peaceful and pleasant. There's a cute area where you can walk around the creek and very considerate staff and good amenities. Close enough for food deliveries etc. Everyone was exceptional, with a special thanks to Maricar at reception and Maya in housekeeping.

Location is not far from metro station, 10 min. walking. Room is small but it s mention on description. Good cleaning every day. Staff are friendly and ready to solve any issue.
Only one thing is gym. it s really small and difficult to use even for two people at the same time.

The cleanliness of the place, the modernity of the commodity, the comfort of the room and the bathroom, and the responsiveness of the help desk give you the experience of a 5-star setup in a 3-star hotel
I needed to do an early check-in and I messaged the hotel with my request but unfortunately, despite the responsiveness of the hotel, they replied very late to this request with no promise of accommodating it, leaving me very little time to find an alternative because of the Arab Health in place. So, eventually, I spent 8 hours in the streets waiting for the check-in time which is also very late 2 p.m

I liked the view and the surrounding of the hotel and the staff was nice especially the reception staff. The stay in this hotel was pleasant as the place was quiet and clean.
The iron in the room was dirty and there were no tomato 🍅 on the breakfast also the is limited menu options at dinner and lunch

very very friendly staff. Sushil from housekeeping was very friendly, pleasant and did a great job of cleaning my room. reception staff were very friendly and it was nice to have the housekeeping manager come round at breakfast to say hi to guests. when the rest of the developments in the creek are complete this will be a very nice area with this hotel in a prime location.
still lots of construction around the hotel which is out of their control. not many bars or restaurants in the vicinity yet. room was next to the elevator shaft so every time the lift moved there was a dull humming noise.

It’s in a nice quiet location easily accessible by the metro. The staff are very warm and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop patio and pool as well.
The price like most things in Dubai is quite expensive.
