Rooms were clean, spacious and had good views.

Staff was very friendly, but somewhat distracted sometimes. It’s not a good look if you see staff watching videos on there phone while answering questions to guests. The location is great, but the access to the beach resort was confusing. I assumed there was a shuttle, like most hotels have, but there was no shuttle to The Palm.

The hotel is just near downtown with view of Burj khalifa which we also had from our room. The canal passes by and you can dine at the restaurant terrace with that beautiful view. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, has a pool with Burj khalifa, canal and city center view. The employees are very friendly and helpful like Philip, Anas, Kamram and many others. It's was a great stay and would surely recommend 👌

the hotel offered everything that you would expect for such standard. it is a busy hotel but still staff at the Lilly’s bar and pool area was always attentive and looking after us. the pool is heated so you can swim all year around. prices at the Lilly’s bar are really good value for money.

nothing, it’s a busy hotel because Dubai is a busy city but we enjoyed every single day of our stay. maybe low level rooms are not great for families with small kids because you can head the music from the bar until over midnight.

when arriving the room was not ready until late in the afternoon. My colleague had her medicines thrown away. Billing was not possible when leaving (early in the morning) and bill where not provided as requested.

I loved the atmospher , the hotel inside vibes over all and lovely fresh smell all over , clean , exceptional house keeping and the staff were very friendly hard working and cooperative..

There is an entertainment DJ at the bar and swimming pool , Lovely view of the canal. You can go morning walk on the side of the canal. Food is good breakfast for me was v. good with variable options. I like that there are other options for entertainment the free access to the palm private beach c central and royal central which make it a perfect choice for vacation and relaxation

A lot of building going on still in the area and it can be difficult to get to the rest of the city easily without using a taxi.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Nicely presented hotel with quality rooms, services and location. The Pool deck is a great way to take in the new city skyline, enjoy an easy meal or a cool drink after another sunny day. Sitting right on the Canal you have easy access to walk/ cycle ways.

The room for 3 adults was not big enough and not prepared on time. Staff tried to rip us off with their own taxi rides when we asked them to schedule a drive (several times) with the fixed price more than 3x more expensive than it is with the actual official Dubai taxi.

The hotel location is convenient and nearby many main areas (malls..). The hotel staff are friendly and their room service is very fast. The receptionist who checked me in was so friendly and had a beautiful smile unfortunately I forgot her name. All my requests were fulfilled although I could see that the hotel was almost full. Also the room size and how quiet made it perfect to finish my studies.

the rooms were pleasant, clean and comfortable. The hotel was also pleasant and fairly well situated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Abdullah and Elena from reception, and Kaman and Sheikh Mostafa and Felix from the concierge service. Room service was good and prompt.

Nothing in particular stood out as bad. I would stay there again. The only issue was it was hard to find a taxi quickly especially in the morning but I do not think that has anything to do with the hotel. The pool looked way bigger and better in photos than in real life.
