However hotel location was very convenient... many restaurants and shopping spots around the hotel.

I stayed there for 3N. - Swimming pool was one of my preferences behind booking this hotel. But it was under maintenance (!) for the whole period. - Washroom was shabby and dark. - Interior was quite dazzling orange ! Totally mismatched with the booking sites interior pics. To me, it was not eye soothing at all..

The location is convenient as you have shops and restaurants all very close. The toiletry also include a tooth brush, surprisingly for this range of price. The is also a wall-hanged hair drier, also appreciated. The staff is friendly and try to promptly respond to guests' request.

At my arrival the towels were not there, so I had to request them. Also, the floor was wet and I though this was due to a delayed cleaning of the room, but in the morning it turned out to be a water leak from the toilette area. This is just to introduce the subject of maintenance and state of equipment of the hotel, which is the weak point of this hotel in my opinion. Again in the bathroom you can notice the mirror is plenty of marks from how knows how many years of service. but the lowest point is reached by the tub: it has so many patches that looks like a painting. Maybe it has the time to replace it, being a 3-star hotel. The same apply to the towel for the floor (please look the picture, self explanatory). Not sure 3 stars will be given again to this hotel if a review was done again in these days. Or maybe my room was not the best one they have.

Too many layabouts milling about in the lobby and pool room next to reception @ all hours of the day, smoking, shouting & generally being a public nuisance. It is not a pool club! Room was comfortable, but the furniture and decor is very dated, they have not had a refurb in over 20years is my guess, there is a lot of coming and going by non guests ( special services workers & clients perhaps?) and no security checks on who is, or should not be there as a guest. Polite staff though

I made a reservation on booking , they asked me what you expected to arrive I put 05: to 06:00 , I get there a round 5:25 exactly , Said room not available , I have to wait like 02 hours to get the room , ready and they charged me 100AED extra just for been early at location, The price at booking was 22$ there’s thy told me other stories They charge me double what I expected

I don’t like the stuff about how they deal with their guests and clients and they didn’t send the cleaners without asking them yo send and we leave the room was not clean about towels and swiping the floor and the blankets never changed in week and the socket was not working so i need to go down to the receptionist to charge it in their socket they give me bad experience that i had ever have it in hotel before
