Staff were excellent - could not have been more helpful. My room was basic but very well furnished from an interior-design standpoint - beautiful furnishings, lampshades, curtains etc. Nice well-equipped bathroom with good toiletries.
This is a small boutique hotel so, understandably, there aren't the facilities there are at the large properties. Staff here are hard to beat for efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness.

Hotel is located near the free beach, only 4 minutes walk. There are several dining/coffee options around hotel and in a short walk you have Madinat Jumeirah with a lot of fancy restaurants, souk and beaches. Subway is pretty far, so need to take a taxi to go to the city. The staff in the hotel was exceptionally helpful, and restaurant offered great food. Very specious clean rooms, very comfortable beds. All in all enjoyed staying in the hotel and will definitely recommend it.
Our room was faced to the road, so it was pretty loud at night.

the location is really nice and the decoration is simple and beautiful also they have a very nice coffee shop down stairs with yummy food . the staff are really nice and helpful , I would like to thanks valnushka who is in the reception

it was lovely staying at this boutique, If you want a nice and clean room and wonderful staf… this is where you should stay.
I know it’s a boutique and it’s 3 stars but I was hungry when I arrived but unfortunately there’s no restaurant ain there.. You can order but that’s will take time to get you food.

Location is perfect! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom on the small side, but all other things were just as expected. Quiet side of hotel was good for me. Street side is a bit more noisier, but you have a view of the lovely park across the street. Can't beat the proximity to one of the nicest public beaches in Dubai!

Staff were amazingly accommodating... huge thanks to the reception staff including Naveen for going above and beyond. I talked to other people staying here and the impression I got is that the staff all round are magnificent.
The only issue I had is that there was the smell of stale cigarette smoke in corridors and sometimes the room. I think one of the other visimay have been sneakily having a smoke. No-one is at fault except for the person not respecting hotel rules.

very good location of the hotel, close to restaurants, beach and park. The family room was large and spacious, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was brought into the room and was quite large.

Amazing friendly staff. The room is very big (even bigger than it looks in the pictures). It was also very clean. Hot tub with view on burj al arab is very nice! There is a nice breakfast place within 1 min walk from the hotel.
The restaurant that is in the pictures on booking.com is not there anymore. The space is empty. It's not mentioned. I also thought that I've booked a room with a balcony cause my booking confirmation said it. But we didn't have a balcony when we arrived. I asked the reception but they said it was a fault on the booking.com confirmation. But in the end we didn't really need it cause we were all day away in the city.
