Near to DWTC venue conference. A lot of restaurants around. There are plenty of paid parking in the area. Ah! I almost forgot: there are no cockroaches, even the smallest ones, at least in my room ;-) I am sure many would appreciate, but there are other issues. The staff was kind and cooperative.
The bathroom wasn't clean at all. Dirty stains all over the place. There was no light in it. I had to wait for more than an hour to get the maintenance to change it. The towels were clean but wet, I mean really wet, as if someone else used them, or they were not let to dry properly. No toilet paper, however, they provide tissue boxes. The kettle was broken with wires visible. And unknown residues were visible on the mug. Another details that might hurt some, the mattress was a medical one, so hard that you feel you are sleeping on the floor. However, the most annoying thing in this hotel apartment was the close neighbours always noisy, no matter how late it was at night. Normal, the two other rooms had a shared kitchen and bathroom outside, so I could hear all the utensils used after midnight. Sorry, but NO, never again.

The room was very dirty and very bad smell smoking smell too much i did not sleep totally and someone banging the door too much…and the washroom is dirty as well

it was not as it was proposed, I stayed 30 minute and find cockroaches in bed and it’s dirty and hair everywhere cleaning is bad, when I say I leaving they say yeah but we take the money either way you already checked in. parasites and the manager didn’t even reply

My room was on 4th floor. So much noise... AC blocks, kitchen hood from ground floor going to roof near window! It works 24/7, impossible sleep without ear pods! All equipment in room very tired. Yes price very good, but this accommodating only stay for 1-2 night
