The room and bathroom condition for the price is Ok, wifi was good and it's at the center of Deira.

No room service, many cockroaches, no hot water at night and the AC sometimes was hot and warm. If you want a place for sleeping only, this is the place unless you hate cockroaches.

Ideal hotel for a night stay etc. I had to book here as my other hotel didn't have this day for me. It was what I paid for. Room size was good but facilities were average. You get what you pay for.

Water leaking from bathroom into room, TV not working, the area is full of unwanted soliciting from women. It was really harassing.

the room had nearly no light as a large part of the windows were closed with wood, they give slippers which surely were used (why would anyone put used slippers on?), no housekeeping all week, obviously the fridge smelled disgusting so couldn't use that either. wifi connection in room was bad. the hotel is located in a very ugly dirty area.

i didn't like the welcome the juge yoy before give you clean or good room i was Africa ,short the gave room without towel i asked 2 times i sleep without take my bath. i travel Fujairah to Dubai by bus Arrives and sleep .i was tired no water for drinking l please remove this Hotel from Booking.com by 4 i wake up go ask again the finally give a old towel all was covered by white cotton from towel

We booked the room for 4 persons 1 Quad & 2 single beds. They gave us 1 Quad & 1 single bed i.e. for 3 persons only. 1 person was on mattress on the floor. Took money for 4 persons but room was provided for 3 persons.

nothing . it was convinient but not at the same time . if you don’t like crowded spaces don’t book this .

everything , from the moment I entered they were hostile . they tried to keep my passport during check in and i said helll no, I was going to take my business elsewhere but I ended up needing a place to stay . If you decide to stay DONT give your passport. Also, there was bugs everywhere in the room ; ask them to clean it , but don’t even stay here honestly . it’s not worth it .
