The staff were very accommodating for an unscheduled early check-in and the bed itself was very comfortable.
Some of the furniture and fittings are looking a little tired, but this didn't affect any function

The hotel should improve the time of it's laundry (third party). In my case, my flight was approaching and the laundry person not dropped my clothes yet. I had kept contacting the hotel staff since 10.30am and waited for lanudry until almost 1pm

We liked that everyone was super friendly and the location was really close to everything we needed. Great value for money and we appreciated that we could leave our luggages there for a whole week no extra price.
The rooms are pretty small (but that’s something we knew when we booked). A bit odd the bathroom is split and the glass doors offer no privacy 🫣. In terms of cleaning, I would give 3 out of 5 stars as it could improve.

Was a great room, very quirky as a studio with a mezzanine floor which made it a interesting layout as it meant double floor height floor to ceiling windows.

ambience is good, quiet and allow us to really work and relax. Gym is good. Hotel surround full of food and drinks as well.
room is quite humid. no ventilation therefore everything feels a little wet. but that’s ok. and tv is not iPhone friendly only to android when we wanna link our phone to tv.

excessive fragrance in air conditioning, dirty floors, old bathrooms, rooms not sound proof, awkward TV and curtain positioning. check in staff have no idea that online check in link was sent beforehand but still direct you to scan the QR code to check in again.

Good location, easy access to nearby restaurants. Loft rooms have high ceiling and two floors, so it feels spacious, even if the actual space isn't big.
Slow and unwilling to attend to requests like ice, towels, etc. Poor attitude from customer service staff attending to the calls, room for improvement.

Very clean with modern decor.
Despite an a request for an upgraded room being confirmed by email before arrival, the upgrade was not actioned. Facilities in the room including the safe and a light fitting were unserviceable. Despite reporting this to staff immediately, the issues were not addressed before checkout.

location is really good. The room has enough space to work on the ground floor.
Everything is good but just a caution for older people or those with knee pain that having a loft with the bed upstairs is not recommended as the stairway and steps are narrow. the hotel relies to give service all online. I asked to extend my stay at the counter but I had to make my own booking again online.

there are bugs flying out from bathroom… the light bulb of the desk hang light was not working, I wrote a memo to the staff and request to replace the bulb. no response for my 5 nights stay… I requested extra blanket for the bed, I was told there are no spare…. from the whole hotel!? should I trust such answer…
